Neurological Rehabilitation Service

What do we do?
We provide specialist out-patient physiotherapy and advice for a wide range of neurological conditions, such as Multiple Sclerosis, Stroke and Parkinson’s Disease.

Where?
Slateford Physiotherapy Clinic which is located on the top floor of Slateford Medical centre.

How to refer a patient/yourself
A range of health care professionals (from both hospital and community settings) refer patients to us.

You may refer yourself for physiotherapy by down-loading a  self-referral form. 

Send your completed form to Slateford Physiotherapy Clinic. We will contact you by phone or letter with an appointment. The waiting list is usually about 4 – 8 weeks.
